**1. Participant-Initiated Cancellation**
If you wish to cancel your registration for a spiritual accompaniment session, formation program, or retreat, please send a written request to stirringsinmysoul2024@gmail.com.
**2. Before the Program or Session Begins**
If cancellation is requested before the program or session begins, payments may be refunded as per our [Refund Policy](https://stirringsinmysoul.org/refund-policy/), subject to the notice period described there.
**3. After the Program or Session Has Begun**
Once a program, session, or retreat has started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the sessions already attended or delivered. Charges for completed sessions and any administrative costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
**4. Cancellation by Us**
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session, program, or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, non-payment, or breach of our [Terms & Conditions](https://stirringsinmysoul.org/terms-and-conditions/). In such cases:
– If we cancel a program before it begins, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future offering.
– If a program is cancelled partway through, any refund will be determined based on the sessions not yet delivered.

Refund Policy

**1. Program and Retreat Registrations**
Payments made to register for a paid spiritual accompaniment session, formation program, or retreat offered through Stirrings in My Soul are generally non-refundable once the session or program has commenced, as spots are limited and prepared for in advance.
**2. Eligibility for Refund**
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
– Duplicate payment or a billing/payment error
– The session, program, or retreat is cancelled or not delivered due to circumstances on our end
– Cancellation of your registration before the program or retreat begins (see notice period below)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
**3. Cancellation Before the Program Begins**
If you need to withdraw before a program or retreat begins, please notify us at least [Insert number, e.g., 7] days in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window, but before the program starts, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
**4. Partial Refunds**
If you or your child are unable to continue partway through a multi-session program, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining, unattended sessions, after accounting for preparation and administrative costs already incurred.
**5. Non-Refundable Situations**
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Change of mind after a session, program, or retreat has already started
– Missed sessions due to your own unavailability or non-attendance
– Programs, sessions, or retreats that have been fully completed and delivered
