The hardest call
Is to wait,
When you want to do all
And you possess the strength to run
But the Spirit says WAIT.
It is hard
To rein in
When all you want to do
Is race ahead
But the Spirit says TARRY
Wait for the Lord, my soul
Tarry and do not hurry.
It will be time.
Just BE still and
Wait for the Lord.
